No just the review, or assignment or new lease fee and then we will add on reviews of other documents based on the size and complexity of that document at our standard rate of $400 + GST per hour. This may include an Outlet Licence, Agreement to Lease, Fit Out Deed or perhaps a Sub-Lease.
