  • I Will Be Taking a Sub-lease or Outlet License, So I Need to Review This as Well as the Lease Terms. Do I Pay the Review Fee Twice or Will You Give Me a Special Deal?

    No just the review, or assignment or new lease fee and then we will add on reviews of other documents based on the size and complexity of that document at our standard rate of $400 + GST per hour. This may include an Outlet Licence, Agreement to Lease, Fit Out Deed or perhaps a Sub-Lease.

  • My Lease is Due for Renewal. Do I Book a New Lease Package?

    Just give us a call and we’ll work out what your position is. If you have an option to exercise, and have done that in the relevant timeframes under the lease, we may be able to save you some time and cost, and just do an amendment to the commencement and expiry dates under the lease.   • The Landlord is Redeveloping the Shopping Centre. What Can I Do?

    Many leases will have a Redevelopment clause in them. You may be entitled to compensation and often the landlord has to give specific periods of notice. We can then write to your landlord in an effort to negotiate rental adjustment for a period until the Centre recovers to usual foot traffic.
